Inside a SOLA expert review

A SOLA review is conducted in person. The visit looks at hygiene discipline, management systems, technical staff capability, and the lived quality of service — not a checklist completed from a desk.

Normal review (120 BHD) delivers the core visitation, written report, and grading. Premium review (500 BHD) includes that foundation plus additional mentorship for salons that want guided improvement alongside assessment.

After the visit, findings are uploaded to the salon’s private dashboard. Verified salons can subscribe and appear on the SOLA app — the exclusive guide of verified salons. Every reviewed salon still receives the full written report.

Applications open in monthly windows. Shortlisting precedes the review fee, so salons are not paying before they are selected into the cycle.
